Circus

The circus building was designed by Giproteatr Moscow Institute as a multifunctional venue: it may be used as a circus, a movie and concert hall, a venue for public meetings, sports demonstrations, exhibitions. The venue has 2,300 seats.
Instead of a traditional dome, the circus roof is a hyperbolic paraboloid. It is designed in the form of cross shrouds with reinforced concrete plates mounted on them. Together they make a thin-walled reinforced concrete cover (hypar).
The circus interior is also well thought out. The full glazing of the lobby, foyer, and dressing rooms makes them visually compliment the exterior space.
The Circus offers a 20% discount on tickets from 1,600 to 2,500 rubles to Guest Card holders from June 18 to July 17, 2022.
