Tolchelnya

Tolchelnya, the historic and industrial museum, opened in December 2014. The museum is located in the reconstructed building of the mid-19th century, which is a part of the smelting plant.
The museum exhibition shows items related to the smelting and coinage process — for example, a life-size model of Splessofen universal furnace. It helps you to visualize the intricacies of the smelting process.

Opening hours: Wednesday through Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., closed on Monday, Tuesday
