The cathedral was built in 1997 designed by Vladimir Borodkin, a Novosibirsk architect.
The architecture of the cathedral combines elements of Romanesque and Gothic architecture of Western Europe. Above the central portal you’ll find the only clock with a chime in the whole city. The cathedral often hosts concerts of religious and classical music for everyone to listen.
