The restaurant with such a peculiar name is located in the building of Azimut Hotel. It seats a total of 196 people and has 8 themed halls:
The Vodka Room with the shelves lined with 700 bottles of vodka.
The Hunter’s Room with a fireplace and walls made with pine stumps.
The Soviet living room with an authentic interior.
A skyline hall with a great view of the city.
A hockey room with a video screen and 300 clubs on the walls.
A bar with 10,000 spoons on the ceiling.
A summer garden with a glass roof and lots of plants.
The Trans-Siberian Railway Room with windows that looks like those of a train.
The interior decorations also include many attributes of Siberia: samovars, valenki, pickled food and so much more.
The restaurant offers traditional, Soviet, northern and modern Russian cuisine. Here you can find both dressed muksun and Caesar with shrimps. Don’t miss out on the chance to try their signature dessert — Siberian Bear made of cedar milk, which is indeed served in the shape of a bear.
The restaurant’s bar has wine to suit any taste with its collection of 1,200 bottles. And don’t forget about their signature nastoyka (wheat, cedar, sea buckthorn, etc.).
