Manager’s house and office

The House and Office of the Copper-Smelting Plant’s Manager features reconstructed interiors of the 1870s. At that time, Alexander Cherkasov, a famous engineer and one of the plant’s last managers, lived and worked there. Visitors will walk through a spacious living room, a bedroom for spouses, a bedroom for girls, a clerk’s office and a manager’s office with a large desk and a library. The museum houses collections of furniture, porcelain, weapons, costumes and documents from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
