Your introduction to the city should start from the very beginning. This walk is best in dry weather. We go to Rechnoy Vokzal metro station and then to Mikhailovskaya Embankment. The best way to start the walk is at the City Beginnings Park: here you will see a 13-meter monument to Emperor Alexander III and a monument to the First Railway Bridge in the form of a bridge span across the Ob River. Next you can visit the branch of the Museum of Novosibirsk founded in 1897. The exhibitions are usually dedicated to Novosibirsk’s history. After that you can visit HallWheel. You can see it from far away, as it’s 67 meters tall. Here you can ride on the third-tallest Ferris wheel in Russia and take great photos in the Selfie Museum. They are located in the center of an amusement park, and you will definitely feel hungry after going on the rides. We suggest visiting the Beerman na Rechke restaurant, which offers tasty food, a pleasant atmosphere, and a varied menu. After a delicious lunch, you can take a ride on a boat. This is best in the evening, as you will be able to watch the city at night accompanied by the wonderful sounds of violins or saxophones.
